In case your account has been suspended due to this, you are requested to raise an issue on our WhatsApp number (7439-20-1568) with the following message ‘I have taken screenshots and thereby violated terms of service and for that my account has been temporarily suspended. I promise not to take any screenshots ever again in the future or else I understand that my account may get permanently suspended’. Your account will be reactivated once we have received this message.

If you are preparing for AIAPGET, it usually takes 4-5 days for the recording to get uploaded, because it needs to be edited, and rendered before the final lecture is uploaded. Hence you are requested to be patient and not call/text us regarding this. It is our responsibility to get you all the lectures conducted on time. At the most it may take 7 days (1 week) for a lecture to get uploaded, hence if a lecture doesn’t get uploaded by 7 days after it has been conducted, you may call/text us regarding the same.

If you have inquired on WhatsApp, you must have received a registration form too (if not received, ask for it). The form is a Microsoft word document. You may directly open the form on Microsoft Word app, and edit it, attaching your photo and signature.
Alternatively, you can even take a printout of the form, and fill it out by writing, then click a clear image of the form and send us.

Once the window period for the test is over, the test automatically disappears from the list. The test will reappear in the list once it has been set to re-attempt mode (which happens after the ranks on that test had been generated) which usually takes about 3-4 days. You will be able to re-attempt that test once it has been re-opened.

Sure you can. For this, you need to log out from the older device and log in on the new device. However, you can do this for a limited number of times only. If the system detects frequent change of devices, it may block your ID and this may also lead to permanent cancellation of your registration.

For AIAPGET preparation, the OTS and Classes have their own separate schedules. They may or may not match because OTS tests are pre-scheduled, and class schedules depend on the availability of teachers. But that shouldn’t be a problem because you can reattempt OTS test as many times you wish. For e.g. suppose you have Anatomy test now, and Anatomy classes haven’t started yet, what you do is attempt the test now with whatever preparation you have on Anatomy and get your score and Rank on that. Later, when Anatomy class gets conducted, and you are fully prepared with Anatomy, reattempt the Anatomy OTS and compare your scores.

The recorded lectures can be viewed for unlimited number of times.

AIAPGET Preparation – If you are preparing for AIAPGET, your recorded video lectures will be valid until the AIAPGET exam.

UPSC/PSC Preparation – Your recorded video lectures will be valid for 1 year from your date of joining.

In case you have registered for the Offline Study Materials, it usually takes 15-20 working days to reach you. But this may vary based on various factors like your address, the postal services in your area etc.

The Course fee must be paid all at once. We do not have any system of installations for now.

The Classroom, Live Online and Recorded Video Lectures are different formats of the same lecture. However they are treated as separate courses, so to avail both, you will need to register for the Pulse Premium course. You can find the details in the fee structure file.

Classroom classes are held only at Kolkata, West Bengal center. For distant students we have a variety of online courses.

For Classroom students – You can clarify your doubts from the concerning teacher in the classroom itself.
For Live Online Class students – You can directly interact with the teacher after the class is over and clarify all your doubts.
For Recorded Videos Lecture, Study materials, and Online Tests students – You can clarify you doubts from the Query section within the Pulse app.
In the query section, you can Raise New Query, select the subject, and type in all your doubts. You will get a response from Pulse addressing your query.

You can access Pulse e-Study Materials from within the app but will not be able to download it. In case you want hard copies of the study materials, you will need to register for the Offline Study Materials course and it will be couriered to your address in booklet form.

For UPSC/PSC/HMO exam preparations, you can find recorded lectures, study materials (offline or online) and UPS/PSC Test series. You may find these courses mentioned in the brochure. You may also find the fee for these courses in the fee structure file. Since different state PSC exams get conducted at different times, your validity will be for 1 year from your date of joining. Also, you will be provided with all the lectures and tests at once so that you can prepare according to your own schedule and according to your state exam date.
Moreover, if you are preparing for AIAPGET, and also want to prepare for UPSC/State PSC etc. parallelly, the classes, study materials and even tests at Pulse will prepare you for any competitive exam in homoeopathy including UPSC (Hom), and State PSC. So in this case you do not require to join UPSC/PSC/HMO preparation separately.
The difference between the two is that in UPSC/PSC/HMO preparation, you will be provided with everything from Day 1 (lectures, tests) and in AIAPGET preparation, lectures, tests will be uploaded as the class gets conducted.

AIAPGET Preparation – If you are preparing for AIAPGET, your courses will be valid until the AIAPGET exam. In case you join late, your validity will still be until the AIAPGET exam. For example, if you join 2 months before the AIAPGET exam date, your validity will be until the AIAPGET exam (2 months in this case), but we will provide you with everything from Day 1 of the session (the classes that you have missed, the tests you have missed, basically everything), hence you will be treated the same as the student who has joined the session from the start (Day-1).

UPSC/PSC Preparation – Your courses (lectures, tests etc.) will be valid for 1 year from your date of joining.

Any online test at Pulse has to be attempted within the window period of the test. (the window period of the test must have been informed to you already if you are a registered student). However, in case you miss any test, you can re-attempt it later on anytime, but you won’t get your Rank for it. AIR and Category ranks are provided only when you attempt the test within the window period.

Yes. If you have registered for Classroom or Live Online Class, and due to some genuine reason you miss your class sometime, you will be provided with the recording of that particular class. But, please note, this is if you are missing your class once in a while, this cannot be a regular thing. If you aren’t available for the class at the designated hours, then it is better you register for the Recorded Video Lectures.

The app is compatible only with Android and iOS. The app cannot be downloaded on a Windows operating system.
Note that running Pulse App on Windows using any crack/software is a violation of terms of service and if the system detects such behaviour it may log you out and this may lead to permanent cancellation of your account. Also, we do not provide any support in case of any error arising out of it.
